At D&S Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home equipment; if your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned appliances must be in original condition and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

    Ensure the appliance is disconnected, cleaned, and securely packed in its original box; for large appliances, our team will schedule a professional curbside pickup.

  • 3.
    Inspection Process

    Once the item reaches our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the unit to verify its condition and ensure all components are present.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
