What are your delivery and installation options?

We offer professional white-glove delivery and installation for all major appliances. Our certified technicians will set up your new unit and ensure it is functioning correctly before leaving.

Do you offer removal of old appliances?

Yes, for a small haul-away fee, we can remove and responsibly recycle your old appliance at the same time your new one is delivered.

What is the warranty coverage on your products?

All our appliances come with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans that cover parts and labor for up to five years.

What is your return policy for large appliances?

You can return unused appliances in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If the unit has been installed or shows signs of use, a restocking fee may apply.

Do you offer financing for expensive purchases?

Absolutely. We partner with several financial institutions to offer flexible monthly payment plans, including 0% APR options for qualified buyers.

How can I track my delivery status?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. Our dispatch team will also call you 30 minutes prior to arrival on your scheduled delivery day.
